My Intention As A Brand
I’ve always wanted a presence on social media. I’ve also succeeded at cultivating one a few times over. But none of those previous forays into branding were as important as this one. We are in the midst of a financial revolution. The world is changing right before our eyes and a new market has been created out of thin air. Cryptocurrency has taken hold and I, like many others, feel a sense of duty to help educate the masses in terms of how to navigate this new space.
My brand was not something I chose, per se. I started my Twitter account as a means to follow the latest crypto news after being banned from Facebook. I quickly came to be known for my shitposting, since I used to run a massive meme page, but I don’t think people knew I also have a breadth of crypto knowledge that I’m willing to share with others. As my follower count grew, the sense of responsibility grew with it and I began to draw out a road map, determining how I could best use my platform to help the community. I think I’ve finally settled on aiming to provide content that helps push education in the space forward, as well as partnering with companies I believe in, to help foster mass adoption.
I will not be abandoning my roots. My page will still always be about having fun first. There are so many awesome characters in this space and I love how we all interact together on Twitter. I am, however, looking to branch out and find ways to add value for my followers, as well as for myself. I’d like to make a career out of this. I’ve already started posting to my Youtube and will also be continually pursuing partnerships with projects to increase awareness, as well as give back to the community.
I just want to take this time to thank you all for following me on my journey and I hope you all continue to grow along with me, as we move this space forward.
