  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • Garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/2 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs, seasoned

Method:

Note: For a vegetarian version, you can replace chicken with paneer, cheese, potato or corns.

Put the chicken into the freezer to harden for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 425 degrees.
