Unfortunately, Apple does what it does. They discontinue products and services that don’t fit into their roadmap for the future, just like other tech companies. While I’ve never had an issue with adapting to new software, I know its a chore on a good day. For simple image editing, I use Snapseed on my smartphone. It works amazingly well and is very easy to use. :)
