Is privilege the term we use for Americans building their lifestyle on the backs of child labor? Is it the term we use for Americans building their safety by destabilizing entire regions and being complicit in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people? Or women making more than men as stock clerks? Or men making more than women as maids? The point I’m trying to make is that people who talk about privilege in source-lacking rants like this one really don’t understand what they are talking about.
