Invox Finance is a platform based on a centralized Blockchain technology for peer to peer invoicing for investors, sellers, buyers and other services to directly connect, interact, share and distribute information. The platform aims to create an environment of mutual trust by facilitating transparency between parties and satisfactory performance.

This platform will disrupt and revolutionize simple invoice financing by implementing a system of trust and transparency between all parties developed through the reward system. To develop the system, Invox Finance established marketing services, built communities and created Invox tokens. Invox Tokens will give sellers access to the Invox Finance Platform. Through the Trusted Members Program, each seller will be required to withhold certain Invox Token to gain access to a higher invoice financing rate. The system then rewards buyers and sellers with Invox Tokens for verification and invoice payments

Differences Invox vs Populous and other platforms.

Almost all peer to peer invoicing finance platforms use a centralized structure online to connect invoice merchants and investors. The Populous and Invox Finance platform uses blockchain technology to solve invoice financing issues and Invox Finance greatly respects the mission to be achieved by Populous. However, there is a special distinction between Populous and Invox Finance, among them;

  1. Populous connects invoice sellers with investors, it does not involve key players, buyers of goods and services. The Invox Finance platform will connect sellers, investors and buyers on a single platform, as well as third-party service providers (such as credit rating agencies and debtor insurance companies). It’s important that buyers of goods and services connect to the platform and be able to verify invoices and have access to dynamic invoice data. The buyer will also be rewarded with an Invox Token to verify the invoice.
  2. Populous invoices from Populous are paper-based invoices that are static, while invoices from Invox Finance are based on dynamic, intelligent contracts in a wholly digital format that will eliminate the need for paper. Another benefit of smart contract-based invoicing is that there is no central authority to control, host or potentially manipulate data. Once implemented, business practices are known to all network participants and can not be changed.
  3. To finance the Invoice, the Populous platform still requires investors to bid each other for an auction. While the Invox Finance platform has given all investors equal access to a large number of sellers based on investor risk preferences. This eliminates the need for investors to mutually weaken each other in the auction environment.
  4. More Investors to join to finance larger invoices in Populous invoice financing. While on the Invox Finance platform will divide each loan into a number of fragments so as to enable investors to invest into a large number of loans (with different risk profiles) to minimize their risk and maximize return on their investment. Invox Finance also breaks down every loan, we will be able to create loan products tailored to various risk profiles and offer these loan products to investors based on their chosen risk profile.
  5. The Populous Platform was established in 2017. Invox Finance Pty Ltd was founded by ABR Finance Pty Ltd, a successful invoice financing company based in Australia. Alex Mezhvinsky who is one of the founders of the Invox Finance Platform is the Managing Director of ABR Finance Pty Ltd and has extensive engineering, legal, financial, and management experience.

Conclusion

  1. The Invox Finance platform is a distributed peer-to-peer invoice loan platform that will allow sellers, buyers, investors and other service providers to connect, interact, share and distribute information.
  2. The Invox Finance platform will facilitate ecological systems where trust between the parties is developed through an unused reward system.
  3. In Invox Finance, the execution of transactions and information flows does not depend on a single centralized service provider but is governed by a set of transparent rules implemented on a fully distributed ledger.
  4. The system on Invox Finance will increase the trust of all parties in each other and continue the settlement of each invoice loan transaction.
  5. The Invox Finance platform will provide sellers (who want to borrow funds against their invoices) direct access to individual investors.
  6. Invox’s peer-to-peer loan environment will benefit both sellers and investors.
  7. At Invox Finance, the seller will be able to obtain financing at a lower interest rate than received from the investor.
  8. In Invox Finance, investors will be given access to large investment products, which are currently only available to banks and finance companies.
