I personally (today again) was allowed to listen to conference calls (the telephone speakers were on) where millionaires and Bhutanese consuls discussed about new laws, for 2 states:
- Problem prevention instead of endless treatment
Officials in social services, health, justice, and security are only rewarded when problems disappear.
The fewer unemployed, homeless, depressed, or sick in their district, the higher their income.
- If nothing bad happens in their district, they get the highest income.
Team leaders earn more when they need fewer staff — creating a constant motivation to keep society stable with the smallest teams possible.
- Skilled workers from public administration, where they are no longer needed, shift into industry, innovation, and service — where they add real value.
So much for the basic constitutional principles of the Paradies-Super-Staat.
And they discussed real-world adoption — both in the ocean and on land — (as Turbo-Bhutan):
