I really like your overall analysis and message in this piece. However, you lost me at the end with:
“Don’t reward good behavior with scotch, don’t tap kegs at 12pm, and don’t host video game or ping pong tournaments. Don’t call your employees ‘rockstars’.”
Ridding toxic bro-culture doesn’t have to be mutually exclusive of the above. You can enjoy all of those things as man or woman and still maintain strong feminist ideals. This quote makes it seem like women should feel guilty for enjoying any of those activities.
Kegs and ping pong balls aren’t the problem — the absence of calling out sexist bullshit is.
