Ah, no worries. Though, to be fair, I still think it stands as one of the more solid zingers I’ve read in a while. The phrase is rooted in the fact that, traditionally, American football games were played on Sundays. The following day in offices all across the land, fans would complain about a certain play or player and say something to the effect of, “you know what he should have done, he should have…” I was using it to acknowledge that I was writing this with the benefit of hindsight.
