Having been a part of Netflix while the culture was created and shaped (’01–’12), I have to say I think you did an excellent job of advancing the culture deck with the one published for HubSpot. The culture at Netflix is ruthlessly efficient and in no way am I disparaging that. But you brought a more human touch to it such that when I speak to people and companies about culture I refer them to the Netflix deck and HubSpot’s as well.
