I’ve been trying to articulate how Uber was buying market share (poorly, I might add) for a while now. Great, succinct, and well written read.

However, I’m of the opinion that the race is not over. And Uber’s lack of understanding of Brand may allow for significant inroads for Lyft if they don’t figure it out.
