What you call the left is in European terms the center right.

Diversity is the key.

From the corperate world. Companies with a diverse leadership and board of directors make better result than than less diverse companies. The same could proberly be said of the composition of the employees.

Still many companies don’t see this or employee it in there hiring at all levels.
