Good points about why fights arise and the fact that the seemingly minor things that spark emotional reactions can simply be triggers for deeper (and sometimes subconscious) issues of more substance.
It is always wise to accept how a partner feels and not be judgmental. That builds the bond between you.
I have a lot of respect for what Wikis can accomplish. The more secure part is entirely debatable. Wikis can be fairly insecure too, especially if the Wiki you are using is a bit more complex and the person setting it up isn’t intimately familiar.
There’s another unmentioned issue with work-at-home: You have little visibility to your co-workers or to your bosses. A distant boss can rarely tell the difference between you busting your butt on a problem that’s hard and esoteric or you just tiring out the pooch rather than getting it done.
