The Zen of Ice Cold Showers
Piotr Prosol

In the manner of a high five, reflecting on the 3 1/2 years in 2 1/2 drug programs only to discover I didn’t have a drug problem, I had a bad attitude. Or the years I spent in prison, challenging yes, but taking away an appreciation for all that I had learned, mostly about myself, and being grateful for the opportunity. And the years of homelessness, realizing I really didn’t need all that “stuff”. Oh, and yes, waking in the early mornings somewhere in the mountains, jumping in the snow covered stream for a wakeup. Oh, yeah.
