The training will vary per ecosystem. Some, like consumer experiences are amenable to gamification. Gamification, however, doesn’t work for most enterprise systems since the training is required. Often the problem in enterprise systems is that people don’t tend to want to take actions that do not directly benefit themselves.

Making training as transparent, frictionless as possible and making the benefits obvious as soon as possible will be important design goals.
