Week #7: Stress…

The tension in the team is growing; the sales are not going so good, and discords in a team aren’t making it easier. No one had an incentive to do work harder or try to correct the situation.

I feel like we made too hasty decision while we were choosing bracelet-business. This industy has not enough demand and majority of the girls/boys buy the bracelets from the same producer. Maybe we have to change not only our bracelets, but the subject of the business????
