I like the form you used to give it a rosey look and good color. Your use of pictures also makes it easy to follow your process. I wish you would have elaborated on your struggles a little bit more. But then again maybe the processes was pretty smooth for you. What if you tried making rose jam instead of grapefruit? Do you think that would have made the rose flavor stand out more?
