I like the way your pictures clearly showed the process that goes into making the supercookie. It made it easy to follow and see the unique properties of the cookie. I wish you would have expanded on the iteration a little more. Maybe a picture would have shown the difference between the first and second attempt more clear. What if you played around with the coconut flour in the first one a little more? Do you think you could have perfected that recipe as well? Overall awesome form to the cookie and an interesting taste. Good job!
