Your writings about the entire journey …it seems to be the case of multiple professions. From being “promising” candidate to the nightmare of searching ethical jobs, recruitment delays, hefty loans, wrongs starts and subsequent haphazard employment history buildup – the design field faces exact paths. As a graduate who started with institutional pro-bono architecture field to advance into urban design – the entire process is far to similar.
