I still find hard way when come to design with my current boss, he’s utilitarian, perfectionist and control. In example case, I have been asked to create business card design that look exactly same with his current business card (which he loss the original source). The next day he demanded revision on font color, next on font size, next on logo placement and so on, it tooks almost 20 revisions and 2 weeks, I even tell to revise thing after card were printed… such a nightmare, kinda he got ideas from when he drive, shower or sleep everyday.

The next project on banner. I already offer several design to accommodate his mood, he choose one and I stuck in revisions hell again.

I want to say no for some revisions, but he keep tell he know the best thing that works. Such a PITA.

I often end up with bad, ugly and less functional design. Any suggestions?
