What if he weren’t with me,
Would happiness fade away?
I indeed yearn for him,
Into my future, he is my ray.
When things go wrong, his instant correction,
His love and kindness, beyond comprehension.
Happiness seems far away without him,
It’s true, he is my breath and serene too.
We did everything together merely
I did breathe without him, rarely.
People worked hard to keep us near,
Our love, a shining example, clear.
Sometimes we fight with infinite flair,
But within two days, things were clear.
My heart beats mostly for him, it’s true,
His happiness matters more than mine do.
We meet each other’s parents with joy,
Their hope’s the same, we are each other’s toy.
They see our love, pure and true,
In this short life, we’re happy, me and you.
