I can’t countenance the yelling part, I’m afraid. A bit further down it says “it’s not ok to get defensive about critique” and I agree with that, but after 20 years in the tech industry, I have come to the conclusion that unless someone is in physical peril, there’s not really justification for yelling at your colleagues.
