This is a really tough thing for me. I love helping and coaching and teaching, but struggle with not feeling that I’ve personally DONE enough to coach or teach or help. (Which of course is falling into the trap of thinking “those who can’t do, teach” as though there weren’t completely different skills involved in doing a thing or observing and providing thoughtful reflection on others doing the thing)
