Eli, yes, it is certainly possible. The UX can be used anywhere, it just has to make sense for the user. So you could argue that conversational UX is already happening within Blackboard and Tackk (began as school tool). I tend to define education as more systematic, committed approach so view conversational UX as more likely as embedded within a platform.
