Which Top 5 nations across the globe are affected by COVID-19?
From the data provided by WHO and compiled by HDX, we can infer that the top 5 affected nations by COVID-19 in a timespan of just 90 days were,
1. The USA
2. Spain
3. Italy
4. France
5. Germany
with about ~0.18 to 0.47 percent of the population being hit COVID19

The graph shows a steep rise in no of confirmed cases in the USA compared to others.
What is the rate of recovery among these nations?

It is observed that the rate of recovery was high in Germany as seen in other nations. We can also observe a peek of almost 100% in Spain during the last week of Feb 2020, which is because not many cases were detected in the initial phase of spread and at the same time the no of recovered cases was close to detected cases.
