How about addressing this issue more generally but also more prominently by making it part of our FIRST principle — something like: “the inherent worth and dignity of every person, WITH CULTIVATION AND CELEBRATION OF DIVERSITY IN ALL THAT WE DO.” Thus it would apply to all the following principles two through seven.
