What a time to be alive!

Can you imagine what it would be like not to be able to go to YouTube and type in “How to tie a bow tie?” or how about “How to drive a manual car?” I’ve been guilty of both and believe it when I say YouTube has taught me more than traditional school ever could. From learning how to invest into Real Estate to learning the fundamentals of financial literacy. I’m 25 now and am apart of the infamous Milennials and I feel blessed to be apart of this generation. I often sit back and wonder about the time when people actually had to pull out a paper map instead of using Waze or google maps to get to their destination. I can’t even imagine a world where I would have to pull out Webster’s dictionary instead of being able to google a word to get the definition or proper spelling. I see too many of my friends complaining about their lives and I don’t understand why. If you’re alive today you should feel blessed! There are so many opportunities that are at our finger tips that the “Baby Boomers” or “Generation X” never had. Back in the day you had to know a big time producer like Dr. Dre or P. Diddy to get your music out there now someone can literally download their music to soundcloud and if it gets enough exposure or the right people hear it , they can get signed to a music label in the blink of an eye. You don’t even need a traditional brick & mortar to sell your products or service. With the power of Instagram, Craigslist and eBay you can virtually start a business for free. They say the key to a happy life is living in gratitude and if you’re reading this right now you should feel grateful. Don’t waste time complaining about what you don’t have, when you could be using that time to create valuable content. Create a blog or start a food channel on YouTube, what ever you do , do it without the fear of banter or embarrassment. Your greatest asset is that no one else is YOU! You never know you could be the next BIG THING!
