LOL! I’m so gullible, Meg. I DID have a beautiful hosta garden — about 6' X 20' — across the whole front of the yard. Then the deer mowed it down as soon as the hosta leaves popped up in the spring. So I dug it all up and gave most of it away. (Some of my favorites I moved to spots where I could protect it with deer netting.) I was heartbroken as only a gardener could be. So I planted rocks, a tree limb, and a rusty gate. They haven’t touched those yet! Oh, and I added a few strategic deer-resistant plants. I have to say it looks awesome, maybe even BETTER than the hosta garden. Yay, creativity!
