I loved this article. I’ve attempted journals many times and then stopped for whatever reason. I’d love to hear from some of the commenters, and also from you, Benjamin, about what medium you use to journal in. A notebook? Your computer? A tablet? I think that in the morning I would prefer a meditation session and then notebook with a pen (so that way I can avoid leaving the sacred “bedroom” space and firing up my computer), but I have a feeling that at night I would feel more inclined to use my computer. What say you all?
