Great article! Thanks for posting. Will be passing this along to my fitness coaching clients. I found the calorie/macro calculator to be way off, though — at least for me. I need around 3000–3300 calories per day just for maintenance, and the one you linked to suggested 2000 (which is the same as what MyFitnessPal suggests, which is chronically far too low). Anyway, this is the one I use with my clients, since it takes into account far more variables, including sleep per night, time spent sitting vs. standing, and 3 different exercise intensities:
