What is Project 50?

It is a 50-day challenge in which you will follow a set of rules consistently to achieve your goals.

How do I start the Project 50 challenge?

If you are ready to start the Project 50 Challenge, then follow these rules below.

As I assume that you are aware of the advantages of these habits, I will not be listing them here.

1. Wake Up Before 7 AM

For the next 50 days, challenge yourself to wake up before 7 a.m. If you’re already an early riser, take it to the next level and try setting your alarm for 6 or 5 a.m. You’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish in those extra hours before the rest of the world is awake.”

2. Do Morning Routine: 1 Hour No Distraction

Find a morning routine that works for you. It should include activities like workouts, reading, meditation, journaling, etc.

Here is my morning routine: Wake up>Refresh>Drink salt water>Jog>Bath>Meditate>Journal

3. Exercise for 1 Hour

Get your heart pumping and your body moving with the exercise of your choice! Whether it’s a high-intensity workout or a relaxing yoga session, the important thing is to find something that you enjoy and that fits into your schedule. And if an hour of exercise seems like too much, try breaking it up into smaller chunks of time. Every little bit counts!

4. Read 10 Pages A Day

The next habit on the list is to read 10 pages of a non-fiction book. Not only will it expand your knowledge and understanding on various subjects, but it will also bring about remarkable changes in your life as you consistently follow this practice

5. Dedicate 1 Hour Towards A New Skill

You can learn any skill you want. It could be drawing, creative writing, or cooking—just make sure it's something new.

6. Follow A Healthy Diet

Adopting a healthy diet can have a great impact on your life, both in terms of your physical health and your overall well-being. By committing to a healthy diet for the next 50 days, you will be able to see amazing results both internally and externally.

7. Track Your Daily Progress In A Journal

One of the many benefits of journaling is that it helps you track your progress and reflect on your growth. When you take the time to document your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, you create a record of your journey that you can look back on with pride and gratitude. After completing this challenge, take a moment to flip through its pages and marvel at how far you’ve come.
