Atomic Design is a design methodology introduced by Brad Frost that advocates breaking down user interfaces into their smallest, most fundamental building blocks. The Five Categories

Pages: Pages are the final stage of the Atomic Design hierarchy. They are instances where specific content is added to the templates, resulting in complete and unique user interfaces.
