Maybe you’ve had a positive COVID-19 test. Maybe you’ve been exposed to someone with COVID. Maybe you think you have COVID, but don’t know for sure.

Conventional wisdom is you’ll feel lousy for a few days, and then you’ll start feeling better. This is the case for most people.

However, that early period when you feel lousy is critical. Don’t roll the dice. You can be feeling lousy and not even know you’re suffering from significantly diminished blood oxygen.

Low blood oxygen levels are a key indicator of serious problems to come.

You need to be on top of this. It’s like an early warning system that tells you if your body’s organs are about to crash and burn.

TESTING YOUR OXYGEN LEVELS

People in the medical industry know all about oximeters. They are inexpensive, simple devices you clip to your finger to get readings of your pulse and blood oxygen levels.

Oximeters are literally $15 on Amazon, or about $50 at Walgreens or CVS.

Knowing your blood oxygen is critical information during these COVID times. You need this information.

IF YOUR OXYGEN LEVELS ARE LOW

Don’t wait. Get yourself to the emergency room. This is serious. Do it now.

Levels of 88–90 are borderline. Lower than that is trouble.

I was in the hospital for nine days with COVID. The doctor told me she had never heard of anyone going to the hospital because of low blood oxygen levels. She said it was a smart thing to do.

Why monitoring oxygen levels isn’t standard operating procedure during COVID isn’t promoted heavily is beyond me. It can save lives.

It can save your life. Or the lives of your loved ones.

The importance of knowing your blood-oxygen levels can’t be minimized. I’m making it my mission to put an oximeter in every home. This shouldn’t just be a secret for the medical industry.

If your blood-oxygen tests fine, good for you. You have peace of mind. If it’s low, you need to know.

The information in this article will save lives. I hope it gets a million shares.
