Shane Snow has an awesome and comprehensive post on the subject of revamping healthcare from the ground up.

While getting rid of the ACA will undoubtedly hurt many individuals and likely improve profits for insurance companies, the real problem with healthcare in our country is that we as consumers are too far from the actual cost of care. By allowing healthcare providers to actually profit from and compete on price/service, we could have a more equitable and efficient system.
