Hi Danny. Thanks for sharing! I totally agree and helped me. I like the idea of demo day.

One question though. In times of conflict as a manger or leader is it a good idea to take the blame or burden of the team? i.e. take one for the team. One example is when a member of your team made a huge mistake that could get him in trouble, should you cover for him and take the hit at your expense?
