Karma is the best shopping app we’ve ever tried — and here’s why

Online shopping is convenient for a reason. We don’t want to spend time searching for discounts. We just want to do the shopping and pay less than we should. The people at Karma understand that and have come up with a way to help make that dream a reality.

Karma helps online shoppers save time and, more importantly, money.

One of the things that has always bothered me about couponing for online deals — other than not knowing where to look — is that even after I’d find a coupon, when it’s time to hit the checkout button and pay for everything that I’ve just spent valuable time searching for, the coupon doesn’t work. Thanks to Karma, the frustration of not being able to find an active online shopping coupon isn’t our problem anymore, because this all-in-one shopping app scans the web for every coupon that might be of even the slightest of benefits.

I know you’re probably thinking that it sounds too good to be true. And that’s fair, because it does sound that way, but it’s really not. Whether accessing Karma through the app or via the desktop extension, the shopping experience will be the same as it always has been. Point, click, point, click, pay.

Sit back while Karma scans the web for coupons and discounts

Upon finishing an online shopping spree, the next step is usually to search aimlessly online for applicable coupons that will lower the total cost of the purchase, but not anymore. Now, Karma takes care of all the annoying stuff for us, and all we have to do is shop. The mobile app and desktop extension is designed to scour the web for any (and all) coupons that can lower the overall cost.

Shop like you usually would and leave the rest to Karma

With the desktop extension, shoppers can visit a website (any website), and a simple click on the Karma icon that appears next to the address bar will bring up the easy-to-navigate menu.

If you’ve downloaded the app, then the “coupon” tab that’s conveniently located in the toolbar at the bottom of your device’s screen is what you’re after. Next, input the name of the store you’re interested in perusing, and if there are any deals, the coupon codes will appear on the screen in seconds and will let you know the last time the coupon was used. This “proof of use” lets you know the coupons are legit and that major savings are coming your way. If there aren’t any coupons or sales, add the retailer to your list of favorites, and Karma will send a notification the moment one pops up.

Karma doesn’t want you to pay full price. For anything.

Karma doesn’t stop at finding deals for your favorite stores. If you’re browsing online and see something you like, but you’re not sure about the price, with Karma, you can create a favorite list of specific items (not just shops) that you love. Thanks to Karma’s notifications, shoppers are informed ASAP as to when the price of any of their favorite items has dropped. How incredible is that?

Imagine how much easier holiday and birthday shopping would be if, a few months prior to the special days, all you needed to do was give a list of all the gifts that you’re thinking about getting for people to an assistant. Then, as the days grow nearer, that assistant finds the store with the best price point for each of those gifts and will even tell you if/when the retailer is running low on the product. That sounds a lot like Karma to me.

While shopping, don’t forget to pay attention to the great deals that will, occasionally, scroll across the bottom of your screen. When it is finally time to check out, remember, it will be through the retailer’s homepage (not Karma’s site). Go about everything as usual, and, just before entering the payment details, you’ll see your shopping list with all applicable discounts already having been applied.

Feel good knowing you’re getting the best deal, every time you shop

All of this might sound complicated at first, but I assure you, it really isn’t. There’s no reason why anyone should be wasting their time searching for online shopping deals when Karma could be doing it for them. It’s time to join the 3,000,000+ Karma users who have already made the decision to stop paying full price for products. What are you waiting for? Check it out!
