Go you! Have you done any Shape Up NYC classes? I’ve done one for yoga at the Chelsea Rec Center a few years ago and was not terribly impressed (I recall the class started late and was slow). I’d be curious to know if any of the other classes/locations are recommended.

I would also love to see your round up of free/cheap fitness classes!
