With a journey of a lot of good and bad times, Aarav has developed up from being a photographer to a full-time business visionary. He began working in 2013 when he used to cover events for clubs, at that point working for a Mumbai based event company called “Submerge” when he covered his first concert with Dada Life.
Aarav has worked across many parts of the world like Europe, UAE, Australia, and India with properties as large as Asia’s biggest festival Sunburn to the white arena of Sensation in Dubai. He began his own firm which deals with content creation called The Pixen in 2015, which has so far created content for brands like Sunburn Festival, VH1 Supersonic, Wembley London, DLF India, BookMyShow, and some more. So far he has worked and covered many artists like AR Rahman, Wiz Khalifa, Martin Garrix, and the sky is the limit from there.
With his distinct fascination for traveling and catching moments, he had kept very cool travel feed on his Instagram page too (@aaravsrivastavaa) His photography business in Sydney highlighted him as the best photographer in the city by an LA-based company. He’s into all genres of photography including travel, events, family, corporate, and food. He had the benefit of shooting across some of the notable venues across the world like the O2 Arena in London, Wembley Stadium, and even the Sydney Opera House.
His journey from functioning as a photographer to an Entrepreneur started when he began his own Digital media agency under the name of “The Social Birds” which managed a range of services including Development and promotions. With his recent campaign with Heineken and Sunburn Festival, they reached out to 2.3m individuals for promoting their event across India using 10 influencers.
From traveling with different artists to giving solid event support, Aarav has likewise expanded his work to artist management and event support. He has so far worked across some of the biggest colleges across the country including IITs, Symbiosis, SRM, BITS, and more. His vision to work has been clear and he plainly doesn’t care for the word “can’t” since he figures everything can be accomplished with slight effort and learning.
