GreenBit’s journey began as a visionary concept, going beyond the realm of conventional cryptocurrencies. Our original blueprint was simple and elegant: offer rewards like discounts, high-end vouchers and gym memberships. However, like every good idea, it also encountered a number of obstacles.

GreenBit’s path has also faced obstacles — local operating challenges, resistance from global retailers, and skepticism around string-laden ‘freebies’. This marks an important shift in our narrative.

However, I have been closely observing the political landscape, and witnessing changes that few people know about. The term “Earth on fire” may sound melodramatic, but it serves as a catalyst towards sustainable living, a path that is fraught with higher costs than a carbon footprint lifestyle. It’s the less glamorous sibling of our carbon-emitting existence.

Here, GreenBit takes center stage — help for the less fortunate. Imagine halving the cost of public transportation or making affordable solar panels a reality. I admit that this is still speculative, but given current developments in the world, carbon allowances may emerge as a new form of currency. And who will bear the brunt of it? Of course not those who have abundant coffers.

In essence, that’s what GreenBit is. This represents a revival of the fundamental ideals of crypto — progress and decentralization. He fought for the restoration of power and choice for the people. It serves as a canvas on which every environmentally conscious choice, every token earned, contributes towards a greener planet, painted with hope for a sustainable future.
