Every animal holds a specific appeal to people, however, cats attract people more due to their attractive and cute appearance as well as their companionable, sociable, and affectionate nature. These are known as the longest cats in the world. They are given the pet name “gentle giant”. As per my own experience, These cats are amazing pets to adopt. Their nature is quite specific but sweet. They can get very harsh to other pets if introduced although a bond will develop among them after some time, initially the reaction of a Maine coon cat to other pets won’t be friendly. These cats are not fond of sharing, So bringing a new cat home while owning a Maine coon already can be a bit stressful. Looking at the positive side, These cats are quite unbothered and when I say unbothered I mean that they won’t even flinch if they are not in a mood. They won’t respond unless they want food, treats, or toys etc. They not only look dominating but they also have quite sharp facial features. Their nature varies from pet to pet but mostly they are known for their patient and loving characteristics. There are several ways to identify a Maine Coon cat. One way is by looking at its physical features like its large size, shaggy fur, tapered tail and ears, and large eyes. They are quite sensitive to pain. The Ragdoll is one of the largest domesticated cat breeds. Ragdoll cats are considered the most popular cats of 2020- 2021. This is due to their docile, calm, patient, and friendly nature. they are considered as ideal family pets. They are very friendly with children and other pets. These cats tend to have a high pain tolerance which makes their survival rate more as compared to other cats. The Ragdoll has been known to have a very floppy and calm nature, with claims that these characteristics have been passed down from the Persian and Birman breeds. They do not require constant attention but they are very social and require companionship. They can develop depression when they do not receive adequate attention and affection from their owners or are left alone for long periods. Ragdolls are often known as ‘dog-like cats’. British shorthair cats:

Being experienced, I would like to say that they are very gentle yet affectionate and they require a lot of attention. British shorthair kittens are very playful and active. They love food and can bribe you to feed them in many different ways.
