The bigger problem with these lists is that someone will go and start doing all 50 of these every day, fail on day 2 and forget about it.
If you truly care about your readers, what you should focus on is encouraging people to do incremental changes in their life. In example, pick 1 item out of this list and do it for 3–4 weeks, until it becomes a habit. Only then add something else.
