Last Saturday, I filmed some key parts for the trailer of ‘The Spear Circle.’ It was the action part- I went down to my local stables (Jebel Ali Equestrian Club, or JAEC) and filmed my mum, who was stunt doubling for the part of Asra, riding on our horse in the desert. It was tough, but we did it!

Our horse, Gitana, is a key figure in the making of the trailer. She plays the role of Asra’s horse, and really gives the movie atmosphere and a touch of excitement. With my mum stunt doubling for the actress who plays Asra, (she wishes her name is not to be given until the trailer is finished), the shots we took were truly phenomenal, and I’m confident that this trailer is really going to be something.

The trailer, I have decided, is going to show lots of action shots to really make the audience feel suspense and excitement while watching it. However this is only phase one of the filming!

I have yet to film close up shots of Asra, and I have a brilliant idea on how to show the good and the bad. The music I have chosen for the trailer is dramatic and adventurous- if you would like to listen to it on YouTube, see the video below:
