Google Ads Gurus: Follow These Rock Stars
When it comes to learning Google Ads, there is no shortage of people to follow, many of whom you can find right on X.
Below is a list of just some of the people I have learned the most from, and their X handles so you can go give them a follow — and up your Google Ads game like a pro.
@adwordsgirl: Ameet of hopskipmedia.com. She’s funny, brilliant, and really knows her stuff.
@PayPerMitch: Mitch is better at dropping updates about new additions and changes than Google.
@adsliaison: Ginny offers the official story and is a must-follow if you’re going to be in the Google Ads game.
@SchmelebeckPPC: Collin is a creative problem solver in the Google Ads space and offers a ton of actionable tips and best practices.
@PPCGreg: Greg is a philosopher when it comes to Google Ads. I have personally seen him call it more times than is statistically likely to be a fluke.
@isaacrudansky: Isaac created the top-selling course of all time on Google Ads. He also owns one of the best agencies out there.
@AmaliaEFowler: Amalia has her finger on the pulse of the paid traffic world and offers a ton of awesome shares and insights.
@EdLeake: Ed owns the best membership community in the Google Ads space (Agency Forge). This makes up for the fact that he’s not at all funny or entertaining.
@NeptuneMoon: Julie is the glue that keeps the PPC community together on Twitter. She manages #PPCChat and is absolutely worth following.
@jyllsaskingales: Jyll has a fun and unique perspective on Google Ads. She also offers training, a course, and account audits.
@PPCKirk: A top 25 PPCer, Kirk really knows his stuff and is not afraid to share.
@siliconvallaeys: Frederick is Google royalty at this point. He literally invented conversion tracking and helped Google buy Urchin (which became Analytics).
@thegoogleguy: You can’t say learn Google Ads without also bringing up Mike Rhodes, who wrote the first best book on the topic.
@rustybrick: Barry is always dropping Google fire and I really enjoy his perspective on things.
