Lifting transfer conveyors

Overview: The top lift transfer conveyor is used to change the direction of the material being conveyed, feeding it from the fork path or removing it from the main conveyor line.

Features: The device has a large load capacity, simple structure, stability and reliability. In roller conveyors and chain conveyors, for items with a sorting speed of less than 30 pieces per minute and a single piece weight of more than 2000 kg, the top lift transfer conveyor can be used for conveying.

The main advantage is that it can be transported at right angles in a limited space and has the advantage of saving space; the disadvantage is that it costs more and the transport speed is slower.

Scraper conveyor

Overview: A conveyor that uses scraper traction to transport bulk material in a trough is called a scraper conveyor. Scraper conveyor is an important conveying tool for conveying materials in coal mines, chemical mines, metal mines and power plants. It consists of a central trough, chain, scraper and traction system. Among them, the central trough is the main part of the scraper conveyor.

Advantages.

1. Solid structure. Can withstand the impact, collision, shock, pressure and other external forces of coal, gangue or other materials.

2. Can adapt to the needs of uneven and bent pushing of the bottom plate of the coal mining working face, and can withstand bending in vertical or horizontal direction.

3. The machine is short and easy to install.

4. It can be used as a track for coal mining machine operation.

5. It can run in reverse, which is convenient for dealing with bottom chain accidents.

6. It can be used as the pivot point of the front section of the hydraulic support.

7. The structure is simple and can be fed or discharged at any length of the conveyor.

8. The casing is sealed, which can prevent dust from flying and polluting the environment when conveying materials.

9. When there is no casing at the end and the scraper is inserted into the material pile, it can feed and convey the material by itself.

Disadvantages.

1. No-load power consumption is large, about 30% of the total power.

2. Not suitable for long distance conveying.

3. Improper adjustment is prone to chain dropping and chain skipping accidents.

4. A lot of steel is consumed in the manufacture of the equipment. The cost is great.
