Ben I really like the story attached to it. Napoleon Hill termed it as Going the Extra Mile. It’s being able to offer more than what is asked from you. I often find it working because people become more delighted and surprised when you do more than what you are expected. On the other hand, some employers and corporations abuse this principle. Some employees are really dedicated on their job. So when some employers see them going the extra mile, they turn a blind eye that they need extra machinery or aid to make the work faster. But I would like to believe the initiators would be blessed in other forms.
