Thomas what a great perspective on Maslow’s principles. As a teacher, we have been trained to adhere on this principle. We try to understand a child’s behavior whether he/she meets the needs and his/her response so we can better help him/her. Now that I’m thinking about it, yesss, it should be applied in business. Too often we look for things that will change. Yet, we need to address the basic needs first. It’s really a fresh perspective for me in a different area. Like it.
