I want a Reference Robot in a Library of Links

I’d like for someone to create a program with which to extract browsing history — whether on a PC, lappie , phone or tab, and no matter the OS used; creating a veritable library of links, to be categorized for future reference.

That way, having browsed endlessly, as I am wont to, I can — with the click of a button, access the day’s browsing history and see it laid out neatly for optimal use.

Enabling the creation of endless folders and sub-folders, drag and drop, and allowing intuitive prompts — ‘this looks like it belongs to Film ’- (based perhaps on tags contained within the body of the main article, and corresponding tags or folders within the ‘library of links’) will make for a super efficient experience — methinks.

What could be more useful to people engaged with the web, than a Library of Links, based on one’s browsing history; with the option to organize, categorize and discard the less useful ones — which reminds me, there must also be a bin for junk.

This way, I, who say on Tuesday, researched Alan Turing, could on Wednesday read about Origami Live, could have both those links ‘dropped’ within a ‘Tech’ folder, before meta-categorizing the two later on, to say, — Programs and People.

And just like a library, each link would indicate when last accessed (or ‘checked out’)and other useful (or not) meta-data. Am I the only one excited?

Or wait, is there already a reference robot running loose in a library of links somewhere?
