Why we Chose to use the Color for Katal Chain

"To extract some simple pleasure from the execution of a task well done."

Recently, we decided to change the primary color of Katal Chain branding to Zima Blue as an homage to the character in the Love, Death and Robots Episode on Netflix.

There are many reasons why the story resonated with us, among these being the protagonist’s simple pleasure in the execution of a task well done.

Another one is that the story of Zima Blue is one that resonates with the origins of blockchain technology. In the story of Zima Blue, a journalist investigates a mysterious artist, for whom no canvas is too big and whose origins are unknown — perhaps even to himself. In some ways, this story can be seen as akin to the story of Satoshi Nakamoto and the canvas of blockchain technology.

Katal’s purpose is to create a sustainable and deterministic financial paradigm. Based on crypto economics, less risky and more predictable.
