I really like how organized your blog post is — it’s very easy to follow, and your instructions are clear and would definitely allow for the person to try to make this themselves at home. I wish you had brought more cookies in… That’s all I have to say about that. You did a very nice job with pictures and clearly spent a long time perfecting this cookie with all your iterations. If you decide to play around more with this recipe, maybe you could try different fillings? I think a pomegranate filling would be amazing.
