I like that you chose a recipe that YOU would also love to eat; I think it’s why the cookie turned out so wonderful. :) The combination of rose and grapefruit was absolutely fantastic. I wish you made step by step instructions next to the photos. The photos are very clear, but it’d be nice to follow along like that. What if you tried a different jam? That might be another cool combination to try, like a huckleberry. Overall, you did a really great job!
