I like your idea of using beans — I myself am a huge fan of garbanzo beans, but I would have never thought of putting them into a cookie form! I wish the Thai cookie had worked out; that would have been very interesting to try as well. You had some good ideas in your brainstorming process. Back to the G-Bean cookie: what if you had tried adding different spices? I think there’s a lot of cool flavors you could play around with. All in all, your idea was very creative! Good job!
